How It Works
Our Proven 6 Step Process
#1 Initial Consultation
We will talk over the phone or email, about the work that is needed. A site visit or electrical inspection is arranged if required.
#2 Research & Quote
Sun Electrical will research any materials that are required (providing options where needed) and can provide a detailed quote with a full breakdown of actual costs. This will be emailed to the customer. Some customers prefer costs to be discussed over the phone.
#3 Orders & Planning
Once the quote has been accepted or costs agreed on directly, we will order any materials needed and a time and date will be set for the job.
#4 Electrical Work
On the arranged day/s and time, Electrician Neil Sutherland, will undertake the job required.
#5 Invoicing
The customer will receive an invoice, with a clear and honest breakdown of all material costs and labour. Bank details are provided on the bottom of the document for payment.
#6 Certification
For jobs requiring certification, this will be completed and sent to the customer once the invoice has been paid. The only exception is for an EICR, which is sent to the customer at the same time as the invoice.
